Do not share the information provided by our clients, except for the specific purposes for which it was collected or when it has been required by court order, in accordance with the regulations in force in Ecuador. Artechnologies does not sell or rent user information by any means, however, in case we share information with a third party, it will be done with the sole purpose of:

– Process charges: banks and credit cards
Based on the above, the client understands and accepts that our privacy policy does not apply to the information that the user voluntarily provides by communicating with other people through electronic correspondence, in chats, news groups or other similar activities. It is the customer’s responsibility to observe prudence in the type of information delivered by participating in public activities. Artechnologies is not responsible for privacy or policies for collecting data from third -party services and products suppliers or how those third-party providers or products use the information that the client provides.
The Condor Sky App is aimed at people greater than 18 years.
The Condor Sky App does not contain advertisements.
Access to the Condor Sky App is done by entering user and password provided to the client by Artechnologies S.A. at the time of contracting the services.
In everything not expressed, the laws in force in Ecuador are understood to be incorporated.
Artechnologies is responsible for the processing of the data provided by its clients.
